Who we are

Fayreliving (fayreliving.com) is an online furniture store. Email hello@fayreliving.com with any privacy question.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. When you browse the site we keep basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages viewed, and a cookie that remembers your cart.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, and improve the site. If you sign up for our newsletter we send you occasional marketing emails; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfilment warehouse and shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Email hello@fayreliving.com to make a request.
