What is covered

Fayreliving furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, such as a joint that comes loose, a broken weld or faulty hardware.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear; natural variation in wood grain, color and texture; damage from misuse, accidents, pets, moisture, heat or direct sunlight; damage from incorrect assembly or modification; commercial or outdoor use of indoor furniture; and items bought from anyone other than Fayreliving.

How to make a claim

Email hello@fayreliving.com with your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Depending on the problem we send replacement parts, replace the item or refund you.
