The terms that apply when you use fayreliving.com and place an order.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of fayreliving.com and any order you place. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping, Returns and Warranty policies.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Wood is a natural material, so grain and color vary from piece to piece, and screens show color differently.
Delivery and risk
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Responsibility for an item passes to you when it is delivered to your address.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
