30 days to return unused items, and what we do if something arrives damaged.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unassembled and in the original packaging. Email hello@fayreliving.com with your order number to start a return. Please do not send anything back before we email you return instructions.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or it does not suit your space, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the cost.
Large freight items must go back by freight, which can cost more than the original shipping. Before you return a large piece, ask us about a partial refund to keep it instead; it is often cheaper for you and avoids a second trip in the truck.
Items we cannot take back
Items that have been assembled, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts or original packaging, and items marked final sale.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@fayreliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, the damage and the outside of the box, and the shipping label. We will send replacement parts, ship a replacement or refund you, depending on what is available. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is settled.
Packages that never arrived
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and get back to you within 10 business days.
Refunds
Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. Email us as soon as you can; orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and is treated as a return.
